Human Feedback Specialist (RLHF) We're seeking an exceptional Human Feedback Specialist (RLHF) to drive impact in our portfolio of Series A–C AI companies. You'll work on challenging problems at the intersection of AI and product, contributing to systems that scale and ship.
What you'll do. 🎯 Execute human feedback specialist (rlhf) responsibilities with a focus on impact and velocity 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features that matter 🔄 Own projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery and measurement 🏗️ Build frameworks, processes, and best practices that scale with the team 📚 Stay current with industry trends and bring new ideas to the table What we're looking for. Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience in AI, ML, or related technical fields Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Growth-stage experience or willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a bias for action and shipping Nice to have Open-source contributions or published research in AI/ML Experience working at an AI-first company or research lab Familiarity with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and models Strong writing and documentation skills Experience mentoring or leading junior team members 🛠️ Tech stack.
