AI Growth Marketer

We're seeking an exceptional AI Growth Marketer to drive growth and market positioning for AI products. You'll craft messaging that resonates with technical audiences, optimize conversion funnels, and build distribution channels that scale.

What you'll do.

  • 📈 Build and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization (AARRR)
  • 🤖 Design AI-powered personalization, segmentation, and targeting strategies
  • 🔬 Optimize conversion funnels using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and multivariate testing
  • ✍️ Craft messaging and positioning for technical audiences (developers, ML engineers, data scientists)
  • 🌐 Build SEO strategies, content distribution channels, and community engagement programs
  • 📊 Track metrics, build dashboards, and report on growth performance, CAC, LTV, and payback period

What we're looking for.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience, ideally for technical or AI products
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and metrics tracking
  • Ability to write for technical audiences (developers, engineers, data scientists)
  • Experience with SEO, content marketing, and community building
  • Familiarity with AI tools and ability to leverage AI for marketing automation
  • Growth-stage experience preferred — you can wear multiple hats and move fast

Nice to have

  • Open-source contributions or published research in AI/ML
  • Experience working at an AI-first company or research lab
  • Familiarity with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and models
  • Strong writing and documentation skills
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
