AI Product & Strategy
AI Delivery Manager We're seeking an exceptional AI Delivery Manager to drive AI product strategy and execution for our portfolio of Series A–C companies. You'll translate AI capabilities into shipped product, balance technical constraints with business priorities, and own the roadmap from concept to launch.
What you'll do. 🎯 Define product strategy and roadmap based on user needs and business goals 🔄 Translate technical capabilities into user-facing features and business value 🤝 Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams 📊 Build metrics frameworks to track product performance and user satisfaction 🔍 Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market validation 📋 Own feature prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder communication What we're looking for. Requirements 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on AI products Technical background with ability to understand ML models, APIs, and system architecture Track record of shipping 0-to-1 AI features in production Strong analytical skills — you make decisions based on data, not opinions Excellent communication skills — you can translate between technical and business stakeholders Growth-stage experience preferred — you can operate with limited resources and high ambiguity Nice to have Open-source contributions or published research in AI/ML Experience working at an AI-first company or research lab Familiarity with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and models Strong writing and documentation skills Experience mentoring or leading junior team members 🛠️ Tech stack.
